自制中药治疗糖尿病的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis on treating diabetes by the self-made TCM

目的：探讨应用我院自制中药治疗糖尿病的安全性及疗效。方法：收集我院2008年8月-2012年8月间治疗糖尿病的患者60例，随机分为实验组和对照组每组各30例患者。两组一般资料比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05），具有可比性。对照组给予常规的内科基础治疗，实验组应用我院自制中药治疗。结果：对两组患者在治疗前后疗效进行对比，实验组优于对照组，具有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：应用我院自制中药治疗糖尿病是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective： To investigate the safety and efficacy of the self-made TCM on treating treating diabetes. Methods： In our hospital from August 2008 to August 2012 60 cases of diabetes patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group each with 30 cases. Comparison of two groups of average data, there were no significant differences （P〉0.05）, with comparable. The control group was treated by based on the conventional department of intemal medicine; the experimental group was treated by the self-made TCM. Results： Two groups of patients were compared in before and alter treatment, the experimental group than the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Application of self-made TCM in the treating diabetes mellitus is a safe and effective method.
