摘要
燃气发生器高压室试验获取的压强-时间数据是决定导弹弹射过程分析是否准确的第一手资料,考虑试验的弹器燃气分离过程,可避免纯理论计算引发的各种误差,是工程中急需的计算模式。基于动力学及运动学的复杂模型,在已有燃气发生器高压室试验数据基础上,建立低压室内弹道及运动学求解方程组,并编写了系统软件,实现了考虑试验数据下的弹器燃气分离过程分析,可进行多参数输入、多指标拉偏及可视化输出的全面内弹道分析。计算结果表明,与纯理论计算相比,误差小于2%,满足实际工程中需引入试验数据进行低压室内弹道计算,可用于燃气发生器设计领域。
p-t data obtained from gas generator experiments is the first information about launch process exact analysis.Separa- tion process considering experiments can avoid error in pure theory analysis,which is the urgent calculating mode.Based on compli- cated models of dynamics and kinetics, solving equations about kinetics and interior trajectory of low-pressure chamber were built and this system software was compiled.This system realizes the separation process analysis considering experiments ,which can com- plete multi-parameter input, multi-target bias and visualization output. Result shows that the error is less than 2% compared with the- ory calculation, and simulation system accords with reality and can be used in field of gas generator design.
