摘要
根据衬层的使用特点及聚氨酯结构与性能的关系,以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为主要原料合成系列光固化主体树脂;在主体树脂中混合适量光引发剂,涂膜并进行紫外光固化,获得系列弹性光固化膜。研究表明,通过力学性能和溶胀性能的综合考察,扩链参数为1.22,硬段含量为30%,以此配方得到的光固化衬层拉伸强度为5.19 MPa,断裂伸长率为110.00%,且与绝热层材料有很好的粘接性能,同时能更有效地阻止小分子增塑剂的迁移。该项研究为高增塑固体火箭发动机衬层技术提供了新的思路和方法。
Based on the requirements of liner and the relation between structure and property of polyurethane, hydroxyl termina- ted polybutadiene (HTPB), toluene diisocyanate ester (TDI), 1,4 - butanediol (BDO), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) were taken as main material to synthesize base resin of the UV curving liner.A series of elastic UV curing film were made through mixing proper a- mount of photoinitiator with the base resin,coating and UV curing.Results show that curing parameter of 1.22 and the hard segment content of 30% is the optimal formulation.The tensile strength reaches 5.19 MPa and breaking elongation is ll0.00%.This UV cu- ring liner has a good adhesion with the thermal insulation layer and prevents the migration of small molecule plasticizers effectively. This study provides new ideas and methods for the liner of plasticized solid rocket motor.
