摘要
新型密封结构及其元件的开发是密封研究领域的热点之一,在极端苛刻工况下,采用自紧式密封接头是提高密封可靠性的有效方法。该文对一种法兰密封接头用双楔角环垫的密封接触压力进行了理论分析,并用数值模拟方法研究了双楔角环垫的结构尺寸对其密封接触压力的影响。结果表明,环垫小端厚度和主从面锥角对主面密封接触压力的影响较明显,且小端厚度较锥角影响更大;环垫高度和主从面锥角对从面密封接触压力的影响较明显,且环垫高度较锥角影响更大;降低环垫高度可提高其密封接触压力;减小环垫主从面锥角可增大环垫接触压力;较小直径的环垫对提高其接触压力有利;环垫厚度越小,接触压力大小及分布越理想。
The development of new type seal structures and components is one of the hotspots in the sealing research field, and it is a kind of effective method to improve the sealing reliability using self-tightening seal joint in extreme conditions. In this paper, the contact pressure of a kind of double wedge angle ring gasket used for flange seal joints were analyzed in theory. Some structure sizes of ring gasket, which influenced the contact pressure of ring gasket, were analyzed using numerical simulation method. The re- sults show that the effect of small end thickness is more significant than master-slave surface cone angle on contact pressure of mas- ter surface. Ring gasket height and master-slave surface cone angle have obvious effect on contact pressure of slave surface.Reducing ring gasket height can improve its seal contact pressure. And small master-slave surface cone angle can improve the contact pressure of ring gasket. It is favorable to use small ring gasket diameter to improve its seal contact pressure. The size and distribution of contact pressure will be more ideal when the ring gasket gets thinner.
