活血健腰汤对腰椎间盘突出症射频消融术后临床疗效的影响

Effect of the Huoxue Jianyao decoction on postoperative patients

目的:观察经验方"活血健腰汤"对实施射频消融术后的腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation,LDH)的疗效。方法:90例实施了射频消融术的腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为三组:治疗组30例采用口服"活血健腰汤"疗法,对照1组30例采用腰痹通胶囊口服法;对照2组30例不采用其他治疗方法。结果:治疗组的病症积分及VAS评分改善情况优于两对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:射频消融术后口服"活血健腰汤"治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效。

Objective： To observe the effect of the Huoxue Jianyao decoction on treating Lumbar disc herniation （LDH） after radiofrequency ablation. Methods： 90 cases after radiofrequency ablation were divided into 3 groups： 30 cases oftreatedt group are treated with Huoxue Jianyao decoction, 30 cases of control group 1 are treated with Yaobitong capsules oral, 30 cases of control group 2 are treated with nothing except radiofrequency ablation. Results： Symptom score and VAS score of the treated group significantly better than two in the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.05）, and no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： After radiofrequency ablation, oral the Huoxue Jianyao decoction on treating lumbar disc herniation is safe and effective.
