中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating PSD in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨通窍活血汤加减治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选择脑卒中后抑郁患者48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,疗程均为6周;在常规治疗原发病的基础上,治疗组以通窍活血汤加减,对照组加西酞普兰片。结果:治疗组总有效率86.5%,对照组为62.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后比较,HAMD抑郁量表评分以及神经功能缺损评分均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间HAMD抑郁量表评分、神经功能缺损程度评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤加减治疗中风后抑郁症疗效确切,副作用少。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the Tongqiao Huexue decoction on treating P SD. Methods： 64 patients were selected, and were divided into the treated group and control group, 24 cases for each group, a course of 6 weeks; based on the conventional treatment, the treated group was given the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction, the control group plus citalopram tablets. Results： The total efficiency was 86.5%, and was 62.3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Compared before and after treatment, HAMD depression scale scores and neurological deficit scores were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Between the two groups after treatment HAMD depression scale score, neurological deficit scores were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of the Tongqiao Huexue decoction is the exact, less side effects.
