百合固金汤合秦艽鳖甲散加减治疗肺结核阴虚火旺型临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating Yinxu Huowang type TB with the Baihe Gujin decoction plus Qinjiao Biejia powder

目的:探讨百合固金汤合秦艽鳖甲散加减对肺结核(PTB)阴虚火旺型的临床疗效。方法:将75例明确诊断为肺结核患者,根据中医辨证分型为阴虚火旺型,随机分成对照组与治疗组,对照组采用常规抗痨治疗,治疗组在常规抗痨治疗基础上加用百合固金汤合秦艽鳖甲散加减治疗,两组疗程均为6个月。结果:两组对比,治疗组与对照组有显著性差异,治疗组患者盗汗、发热等症状较对照组改善明显,且治疗后副作用亦较小。结论:百合固金汤合秦艽鳖甲散加减对肺结核阴虚火旺型有显著治疗效果,药物副作用小。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Baihe Gujin decoction combined with modified Qinjiao Biejia powder on treating Yinxu Huowang type pulmonary tuberculosis （PTB）. Methods： 75 patients with Yinxu Huowang type tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group and treated group. Control group using conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment, treated group was given Bathe Gujin decoction combined with modified Qinjiao Biejia powder more. Two groups were treated for six months. Results： To compare two groups, there was significant difference between the treated group and the control group, the patients in the treated group night sweat, fever and other symptoms significantly improved than the control group after treatment, and the side effect is small. Conclusion： Bathe Gujin decoction combined with modified Qinjiao Biejia powder is effective on treating Yinxu Huowang type pulmonary tuberculosis; medicine side effects are generally mild.
