中医综合康复法治疗偏瘫痉挛状态临床观察

Clinical observation on treating spastic hemiplegia in TCM

目的：探讨中医综合康复法治疗偏瘫痉挛状态的临床效果。方法：选取我院于2011年4月~2012年4月收治的中风偏瘫患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组仅进行现代康复训练，观察组在此基础上采用中医综合康复治疗的方法进行治疗，并对治疗后患者的生活能力、肢体痉挛程度和运动功能进行观察。结果：采用中医综合康复法进行治疗的观察纽在疗效上要显著优于单纯采用现代康复训练的对照组，具有明显差异（P〈0．05）。在运动技能水平、生活能力等方面治疗前后均有明显改善（P〈0．05）。两组间比较具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：采用中医综合康复法可以有效缓解中风患者肢体的痉挛程度，改善患者的运动水平和生活能力，值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of TCM comprehensive rehabilitation act on treating spastic hemiplegia. Methods： 80 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to April 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given modem rehabilitation training; observation group was given TCM comprehensive rehabilitation act treatment more. After treatment, life ability, limb spasticity level and motor function were observed. Results： The effect of observation group was significantly better than control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment in terms of the level of motor skills, life ability, etc. were significantly improved （P〈0.05）. Comparison between the two groups was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM synthesis rehabilitation method can effectively alleviate the limb spasticity in stroke patients, improvement in exercise level and living ability, worthy of the clinical promotion.
