中药外洗治疗扁平疣50例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 50 cases of flat warts by external washing

目的:观察中药外洗治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:对50例确诊为扁平疣患者,采用中药(紫草、金银花、大青叶、木贼草、红花)煎水外洗,10d为1个疗程,30d后判定疗效。结果:1个疗程治愈34例,治愈率为68%,剩下16例患者重复治疗1个疗程后全部治愈。结论:中药外洗治疗扁平疣具有治愈率高、操作简单、副作用少等优点。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of external washing with Chinese medicine on treating flat warts. Methods： 50 cases were treated by external washing with Chinese medicine, 10 days as a treatment course, after 30 days the efficacy was determined. Results： 34 cases were cured, the cure rate was 68%, the remaining 16 patients after repeated treatments a full course of treatment to cure. Conclusion： External washing with Chinese medicine has high cure rate on treating flat warts, simple operation, less side effects and other advantages.
