两种皮肤预处理方法在动态心电图检查中的效果比较

Comparing the effects of two kinds of skin pretreatment methods in holter examination

目的:比较两种皮肤预处理方法在动态心电图检查中的皮肤不良反应。方法:将456例患者的左前胸作为对照组,右前胸作为观察组,对照组采用传统砂纸打磨皮肤后粘贴电极片处理,观察组使用95%酒精除脂后粘贴电极片,对两种方法检查后的皮肤情况进行对比,将所得的数据进行x2检验。结果:对照组皮肤不良反应率52.41%,观察组皮肤不良反应率11.18%,两组结果有统计学意义(Ρ<0.01)。结论:使用95%酒精除脂后粘贴电极片的方法可降低皮肤反生不良反应率,使患者舒适度增加,增加患者满意度。

Objective： Comparing the effects of two kinds of skin pretreatment methods in holter examination. Methods： 456 patients＇ left chests as the control group, and right chests as the observation group. The control group using conventional sandpaper sheet polished skin and then electrode patch, the observation group using 95% ethanol degreasing and then paste electrode pads, compared the effects of two kinds of skin pretreatment methods, the results data xz test. Adverse reaction rates of skin of the control,group was 52.41%, and 11.18% of the observation group, two groups of results were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The use of 95% ethanol degreasing then paste electrode sheet can reduce skin adverse reactions, so that increases patient comfort and increase patient satisfaction.
