丝裂霉素C在翼状胬肉结膜下转移术中的应用

Application of Mitomycin C in Pteryqium Excision and Conjunctival Flap Autograft

目的：探究丝裂霉素C与结膜瓣下转移术相结合治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法：对71例94眼采用了丝裂霉素C在翼状胬肉结膜下转移术中的应用，对其术后视力、术后散光和复发率进行了随访观察。结果：经术后1年随访0．5～0．8以下者38眼占40．43％，0．8～1．0以下者40眼占42．55％，1．0以上者16眼占17．02％，术后散光：平均为（1．25±0．5）D，复发率为1．06％。结论：该术术后视力提高明显、术后散光显著降低、术后复发率低、无严重并发症发生，是一种值得研究和探讨的方法。

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect ofmitomycin C combined with conjuntival autografting in therapy ofpterygium Methods： Mitomycin C and limbal conjunctival autografting were performed in 71 cases （94 eyeballs）. Its visual acuity, astigmatism and relapse rates were followed up. Results： After 1 year follow-up, vision acuity from 0.5 to 0.8 had 38 eyes, accounted 40.43 percent, from 0.8 to 1.0 had 40 eyes accounted for 42.55%, and greater than 1.0 had 16 eyes accounted for 17.02%, postoperative astigmatism： an average of （1.25± 0.5）D, recurrence rate was 1.06%. Conclusion： The postoperative visual acuity improved significantly, postoperative astigmatism and recurrence rate reduced significantly. This method has no serious complications, is an approach worthy of study and discussion.
