摘要
教师是办好教育的第一资源。离职倾向居高不下是民办幼儿园教师队伍建设的瓶颈。民办幼儿园组织环境、外部社会舆论和幼儿教师个体因素是影响民办幼儿园教师离职倾向的主要因素。提升民办园的管理水平、营造有利于教师发展的良好环境、引导幼儿教师不断提升自身素养是破解离职倾向的应对策略。
