摘要
目前,人们关注儿童心理健康的同时,幼儿教师的心理健康问题也引起了广泛的关注。造成此问题的原因是多方面的,有职业特点、学校原因和社会原因等。作为幼儿学校的管理者,必须重视幼儿教师的心理健康问题,了解他们的心理特点,才能找到维护他们的心理健康的对策。本文运用《症状自评量表-SCL90》对200名幼儿教师进行测评,通过数据分析,并且根据分析结果,目前,幼儿教师的主要心理问题集中在抑郁、焦虑、恐怖以及精神病性方面,并据此为提高目前幼儿教师心理健康水平提出了相应的建议和对策。
At present, except from the widely aares on the psychological health of children, mental health prob- lents around teachers has also aroused extensive attention. The causes of their psychological problems present in many aspects: the reason of the job characteristic, the school reasons and the reasons from .society. As school managers, we must pay attention to the psychological health problems of teachers, understand their psychological characteristics, and find to protect their mental health. In this paper, we use the "-SCL90" symptom self--rating .scale to 200 preschool teachers. And the paper did the research through the analysis of these data. And it got a con- elusion that at present the main psychological problems of preschool teachers focused on depression, anxiety, terror and psychotic aspects.
