陕西省中小学校本研修资源开发与利用存在的问题及原因分析

校本研修资源开发与利用对实现中小学教师全员提升重要的影响。陕西省在此方面存在着条件性资源不能满足校本研修的需要、学校和教师对资源开发和利用理解不到位、图书资源开发与利用不够系统、网络平台资源开发与利用不能满足校本研修需要、自主开发和利用的研修学习材料或校外资源缺乏等诸多问题。省上应该针对存在的问题提出对策措施,真正使校本研修落在实处。

School-based education research and training development＆ utilization have a significant influence on improving the professionalism of those teachers in middle schools and primary schools. There are various problems ex- isted in Shaanxi Province： hardwares can not meet the need of school-based education research; .schools and teachers did not make fully use of the in-stalled facilities and missed the development for a long time with narrow utilization. At the same time, these schools libraries are not systematic developed; While the network platform for the education re- .search can not meet the need of school-based training prcgram; Lastly, this paper also found it is lack of independent development and utilization of the learning materials outside the school＇s Shaanxi Province should take immediate measures to solve these problems and put into practice.
