The Construction of Performance Evaluation among teachers of Elementary and Junior High School:Indicate by Efficiency

以用为本的教师绩效考核要以"学校可持续发展、教师专业成长、学生终身发展"为导向,从师德、教学工作量、教学效果、班主任工作、教科研、出勤等六个方面构建考核指标体系,将教师的过程性绩效和总结性绩效有机结合,用效率、成绩、自由及岗位职责规范和引导教师,切实提升教育教学质量。

The evaluation of the pefformance of the teachers should be guided by three principles：continuing de- veloping of the schools, the improvement of the professionals, and the developing of the students. From these princi- ples, this paper constructs several indicators to guide and enhance the performances of the teaching quality. Thee in- dicators include professional ethics, loadings, effects, mentor works,scientific research, and attendancy. By utilizing these indicators, evaluation should process in to two steps： in the middle of the semester and at the end of semester. Through these two steps, evaluation serves as guiding teachersactings to elevate the overall performances.
