摘要
大学生就业问题是当前中国经济社会发展过程中的突出问题,已经引起社会各界的普遍关注。本文从知识应用的仿真学习视角出发,认为影响大学生就业的原因均与缺少工作经验有关,而缺少工作经验对学生的影响伴随着整个大学阶段。本文认为高校应从建立工作标准实验室、组织仿真学习训练夏令营、举办工作能力竞赛、开设仿真学习课程等方面着手,通过多种方式使大学生将理论学习与工作方法结合起来,解决大学生缺乏工作经验的问题,提升大学生就业能力。
Recently, the problem of unemployment of the college students become one of the top issues that draws the attention from the whole .society. This paper discusses this issue from the perspective of knowledge application and internship programs, pointed out that the lack of working experience is the main reason why college students cannot find a job after they graduate. Therefore, the internship training should be established to enrich the working knowl- edge and gain the working skills, working experience and .so on. This paper reveals that the unemployment rate should decrease as long as students gain the experience from internship programs, and internship programs would help .solving the problems of lacking working experience for most students.
