摘要
通过文献资料、量表测量、教学实验以及数理统计等研究方法,以视动行为演练作为焦虑干预手段,对80名大学生在攀岩课程训练中的学习焦虑干预效果进行研究。实验结果表明:1)经过14周共126学时的攀岩技术学习后,应用视动行为演练的实验组焦虑水平较低:2)实验组与对照组的速度攀岩成绩相比较,应用视动行为演练的实验组攀岩成绩好,成绩具有显著差异;3)应用视动行为演练的实验组,在攀岩技术动作认知表象能力与攀岩技术的熟练掌握程度呈正相关;动作表象能力越高的练习者,焦虑平均值越低。
Using the methods of literature review, experiment, comparative analysis, statistics and so on, 80 college students were studied on rock climbing training to evaluate tile match anxiety. It proved that at the end of 16 weeks (9h per week) ,compared with the control group, the experiment group has less anxiety by taking the visual motor behavior rehearsal. There is also significant difference on the score of speed rock climbing between the experiment group and control group, the experiment group better. The concept of cognizing and adjusting training is absolutely suitable to rock climbing proficiency, which means the students will have less anxiety and better motion imagery.
