摘要
绩效考核是高职院校人力资源管理部门的一项重要工作。合理的绩效考核体系有助于调动教师的工作积极性,提升院校的教育教学质量。但当前许多高职院校的绩效考核体系难以对教师进行科学的评价,往往流于形式。基于目标管理建立个性化的考核指标体系,能够对教师形成有效的激励,值得推广。
Performance appraisal is one important job in the human resource management depart- ments of higher vocational colleges. One reasonable performance appraisal system is helpful to stimulate the teachers' work enthusiasm and improve the college's education and teaching quality. However, it's difficult for the performance appraisal systems in many higher vocational colleges to make scientific judgments on the teachers. The systems are often a mere formality. The establishment of individual appraisal indicator system based on management by objectives can stimulate the teachers effectively and is worth generalizing.
