摘要
为了解决目前高架桥存在的问题,专家学者们提出了诸多方案,如兴建更多的高架桥、拓宽高架桥路面等,但均未见有效的方案付诸实施。基于综合集成研讨厅的方法,从交通、环境、沿线商业发展、城市景观、人文交流、文化辐射等角度,对大城市中心区高架桥的可持续发展进行探讨,并提出了把高架桥改造为桥上慢行交通系统、桥下快行交通系统的方案。研究结果表明,把高架桥改造为桥上慢行交通系统、桥下快行交通系统的方案不仅改善了城市交通,而且改善了原有高架桥环境、沿线商业发展、城市景观、文化辐射等,为中西部城市规划与建设提供了一定的借鉴意义。
In order to solve the present problems existing in city viaducts, experts have proposed many schemes, such as adding more viaducts, broadening viaduct pavement, etc. However, no effective solutions have been put into practice. Based on the theories of hall for meta-synthetic engineering, this paper studies the sustainable development of urban expressway viaducts from the perspectives of transportation, environment, business development, urban landscape, communications, cultural and etc.. Finally, the authors propose to set slow traffic system on the viaduct, while set fast traffic system under the viaduct. The research indicates that the scheme not only improves urban traffic, but promotes environment, business development, urban landscape, communications, cultural, etc, which provides certain reference to city planning and construction in Midwest China areas.
