摘要
由于施工缺陷、使用环境恶劣和超载造成的开裂等损伤,使得混凝土公路桥梁面临氯离子侵蚀、冻融等病害,造成公路桥梁的耐久性不足,服役年限大幅降低。材料性能试验和实桥应用的长期测试结果表明,水泥基渗透结晶材料可以使构件的表面混凝土致密,大幅提高混凝土结构在自然和人为的化学和物理环境下的耐久性,对类似桥梁病害的加固实践有重要的参考价值。
Chlorideion erosion and freeze-thaw are the main durability diseases of RC bridge, which are mainly caused by construction defects, bad environment and overload, and consequently the service life of the bridge will decrease significantly. The test results of material performance and practical application show that the CCCW (Cementitious Calillary Crystalline Waterproofing Material) will increase the surface dense of concrete component and the durability of bridge under bad condition will be increased dramatically. Results in this paper have important reference for bridge projects under similar diseases condition.
