摘要
尝试建立了基于灰色多层次模糊综合评判的桥梁预防性养护实施效果后评估体系框架,提出了利用层次分析法确定指标权重,并引入灰色模糊综合评判,确定桥梁预防性养护综合评估值。通过实例分析,证明了该方法能够更客观地评价桥梁预防性养护实施效果,具有较好的可操作性和实用性,对更加科学合理地评估桥梁预防性养护项目具有现实的参考价值和有益的借鉴,也是对现行公路建设项目后评估理论体系的完善和补充。
Abstract. This paper tries to establish the framework for the assessment system of implementation effect of bridge preventive maintenance based on grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, proposes the use of AHP to determine the weights of indicators, and introduces the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, determine the bridge prevention maintenance comprehensive evaluation value. Through the analysis of examples, it is proved that this method can more objectively evaluate the implementation effect of bridge prevention maintenance with good operability and practicability, and it could provide reference for similar projects, and also be an improvement and supplement to existing post evaluation system of highway construction projects.
