摘要
废胎胶粉的细度在很大程度上影响着橡胶改性沥青的性能,由于在废胎胶粉的生产上要求的某一目数的产品不可能是单一的粒径,而是在一个具体的范围内,且由于我国缺少相应的标准而使得不同厂家生产的同一目数的橡胶粉粒径范围差别较大。在橡胶粉细度控制的室内试验中,不同的试验方法又使得结果有较大的出入。通过橡胶粉细度不同的室内试验方法,运用微观分析的方法和分形理论分析的方法,对橡胶粉的细度特性及不同试验方法得出的结果进行分析,得到橡胶粉分形的特点及不同试验方法下的结果差异特性。
The fineness of ground tire rubber significantly affects the performance of rubber modified asphalt. However, the ranges of rubber particle diameters of different manufacturers are relatively varied, even for same mesh number rubber, due to no single diameter but with a specific range for the processing of ground tire rubber and also due to lack of corresponding standard in China. During laboratory test for rubber fitness, different test methods also have large different results. In this paper, micro-analysis method and fractal analysis method are adopted to analyze the fineness character and results of different tests, thus to obtain the fractal characteristics of rubber and the differences of testing results with different experimental methods.
