石灰岩与玄武岩混合粗集料性能试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 为研究抗滑性能不足的地方石料——石灰岩碎石应用于抗滑表层混合料的可行性,将其与玄武岩碎石掺配混合,分别进行了不同掺配比例下的主要物理、力学指标试验。结果表明:(1)随玄武岩碎石掺配比例的增加,石灰岩与玄武岩混合粗集料的密度线性增长,吸水率、压碎值、磨耗值线性下降,磨光值以掺入量50%为分界点分区间线性提高;(2)当玄武岩掺入量≥30%,混合粗集料的主要性能指标满足规范要求,将其应用于抗滑表层混合料中具有工程可行性;(3)混合粗集料间的"磨光自补偿"功能有利于延长抗滑表层抗滑性能的维持年限。研究成果为石灰岩与玄武岩混合掺配的粗集料在沥青混凝土路面抗滑表层工程中的使用提供了有力试验支撑。 In order to study the feasibility of applying stone-limestone aggregate which has inadequate anti-sliding performance, some mixed coarse aggregates are mingled by limestone and basalt aggregates in different proportion, and their main physical and mechanical performance tests are done. Testing results show that: (1) with the blending ratio increase of basalt aggregate, the density of mixed coarse aggregates is increased by linear, and the water absorption rate, crushing value, abrasion value are decreased by linear. At the same time, the polishing value is increased by partition linear which separated by the cut-off point with 50% incorporations of basalt aggregatel (2) when the basalt content is equal to or more than 30;, main performance of this mixed coarse aggregate would conform to requirements of the technical specification for construction of asphalt pavement, which demonstrate that it is feasible to using them in anti-sliding surface layer mixtures and (3) it is helpful to maintain the skid resistance performance and extend the using life of anti-sliding surface layer as this mixed coarse aggregate having the "anti-slide losing by polished can be compensated by itself" function. The testing results could provide strong experimental support for using this mixed coarse aggregate in anti-sliding surface layer of asphalt pavement.
