陶瓷/橡胶复合装甲对射流防护效能的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了探索新型复合装甲抗射流侵彻的规律,采用Ф56mm成型装药基准弹,通过剩余穿深DOP实验,研究了不同倾角(0°,30°,45°,60°)条件下陶瓷/橡胶复合装甲抗射流侵彻的防护能力,分析了射流侵彻后复合靶板变形、射流侵彻后速度变化、鉴定板开坑及剩余穿深,得到了射流剩余速度和剩余穿深随倾角的变化曲线,讨论了陶瓷/橡胶复合装甲抗射流侵彻的规律,以及倾角、陶瓷上层靶板材料、橡胶夹层材料对其抗射流侵彻原理。结果表明,由于陶瓷材料的质量防护因数大于钢,以及橡胶材料的低阻抗性质,与等质量均质钢装甲相比,陶瓷/橡胶复合装甲具有优良的抗射流侵彻性能,各层材料对复合靶板抗射流侵彻性能有很大影响;60°倾角时陶瓷/橡胶复合装甲具有最优的抗射流侵彻能力。 To explore the rule of new composite armor against shaped-charge jet penetration,the protection capability of ceramic/rubber composite armor(CRCA)was studied by the DOP(Depth of Penetration)experiments of Φ56 mm standard shaped-charge penetrating CRCA.Foregoing obliquity includes 0°,30°,45°,60°and 68°.Based on above experiments,the distortion of CRCA,the velocity variety of jet behind ceramic/rubber composite target,the penetration aftereffect target and the depth of penetration were analyzed,and curves of residual velocities and depth of penetration with the angle of ceramic were obtained.The rule of CRCA against jet penetration was explored,and the principle of dip angle,upper ceramic target material,rubber sandwich material against shaped charge jet was discussed.The results show that,because of ceramic materials having better weight protection efficiency than steel and rubber material having the lower impedance characteristics,the ceramic/rubber composite armor has good protection capability compared with the equiponderant homogeneous armor,and each layer materials of composite target has great affects on resisting jet-penetration performance; ceramic/rubber composite armor has the best ability of resisting jet penetration when inclination angle is 60°.
