摘要
为研究串联随进战斗部斜侵彻钢板的作用过程,合理设计串联随进战斗部结构,分析了斜侵彻的影响因素,设计了串联随进战斗部和试验方法,开展了串联随进战斗部在20°着靶角条件下斜侵彻50 mm厚装甲钢板的试验研究.研究结果表明,通过合理设计前级装药结构、隔爆和泄爆机构,增加随进子弹的结构强度,可以扩大串联战斗部有效作用的速度范围,改进后的战斗部可以在20°着靶角条件下且着靶速度为220~300 m/s的范围内,有效作用于50 mm厚装甲钢板.
In order to investigate the process of tandem follow-through warhead obliquely penetrating armor plate and reasonably design its structure,the influence factors of oblique penetration were analyzed,and tandem follow-through warhead and experimental method were designed.Experiments of the tandem follow-through warhead penetrating 50mm armor-plate at 20° oblique angle were conducted.The experimental results show that:the effective speed range of tandem follow-through warhead can be enlarged by reasonably designing the former charge structure,explosion-proof device and explosive venting structure or enhancing the shell body strength of follow-through warhead.The modified warhead can effectively penetrate the 50 mm armor-plate at 20° oblique angle with the striking velocity of 220-300 m/s.
