检察机关的执法公信力是指检察机关在行使法律监督权过程中对社会的信用和社会公众对检察机关行使法律监督权过程和结果的信任。由于历史、现实和自身的原因,检察机关执法公信力还不高,亟待提高。树立正确的执法理念、提高检察干警法律监督能力、健全对检察权运行的监督与制约,是提升检察机关执法公信力的根本途径。

Procuratorial organ＇s law enforcement credibility refers to the procuratorial organs in the process of exercising legal supervision of the social credit and the trust of the social public exercising legal supervision of of the process and result procuratorial organ. Due to historical, reality and their own reasons, procuratorial organ＇ s law enforcement credibility is not high. Setting up correct concept of law enforcement, improving procuratorial police- men legal supervision ability and improving the supervision and constraints of the operation of prosecutorial power, is the basic way to improve procuratorial organ＇s law enforcement credibility.
