摘要
近年来,男、女大学生就业比率失衡现象愈演愈烈,性别差异成为影响大学生择业取向的重要因素。通过对某校毕业生择业取向的问卷调查,从择业心态、择业认知、择业压力、择业选择等方面分析男、女大学生择业取向的不同,探究其原因并提出解决对策,以期引导男、女大学生树立正确的择业取向,从而把握择业主动权,提高就业成功率。
In recent years, male and female college students' employ - ment ratio imbalance is becoming more intense; the gender differences become the important factors that affect college students' career orientation. Through the survey on the graduates of Sanming University in 2012, analyzed the difference of the career orientation for male and female college students from career mentality, career awareness, career pressures, career choice and t other aspects. Besides, we explored the reasons and proposed the solutions with a hope to guide college students set up a positive outlook on choosing career, thus they can seize the initiative of employment and improve their success rate of employment.
