摘要
高等学校的学生党员是学生中的先进分子,是大学生行为的表率和学习的榜样,是我党新生力量的重要来源。通过学生党员教育常态机制、身份强化机制、测评量化机制、监督约束机制的构建,对大学生党员的党员意识养成及先锋模范作用发挥具有重要的意义。
Student Party members are the progressive students and good examples from whom other students learn and the main source of the CPC as well. Constructing party education mechanism,strengthening party-member status mechanism and evaluation and supervision mechanism are of great significance to cultivate students＇ party-member belief and play their exemplary roles.
