基于变异粒子群消噪的无缝钢管超声检测研究 被引量:1

摘要 噪声是影响无缝钢管超声检测精度的最主要的因素,在利用超声波无缝钢管检测中受到车间环境与检测设备的影响,检测端的接收信号信噪比较低,使无缝钢管的缺陷判别出现误判与漏判。提出基于粒子群优化消噪技术的无缝钢管超声波检测技术,分析脉冲式超声波无缝钢管检测中的回波模型,结合粒子群优化技术的全局与局部搜索能力对回波信号的有用成分提取,并且在检测中引入粒子变异方法防止信号提取中陷入局部最小。实验证明,这种方法能够在脉冲式超声波无缝钢管检测中有效降低回波的噪声,大大提高检测的准确率,具有很强的实用性。 Based on particle swarm optimization de-noising technology of seamless steel pipe uhrasonic detection technology, analysis of the pulse ultrasonic seamless steel pipe detection of echo model, combined with particle swarm optimization techniques for global and local search capability of the echo signal of useful components extraction, and in the detection of the introduction of particle variation method for preventing signal extraction of falling into local minimum. The experiment proves, this method can in pulsed ultrasonic seamless steel pipe detection effectively reduce echo noise, greatly improve the detection accuracy rate, strong practicality.
