摘要
目的: 研究都匀楼梯草Elatostema duyunens乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。 方法: 利用硅胶色谱及重结晶进行化学成分分离与纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。 结果: 从都匀楼梯草全草中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:山奈酚-4’,7-二甲基-3-O-葡萄糖苷(1)、槲皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷 (3)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、棕榈酸(6)。 结论: 化合物1-6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the constituents of the whole plant of Elatostema duyunens. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and recrystallisation. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-4', 7-dimethyl-3-O-glucoside, quercetin-7-O-β-D-gluoopyranoside,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, daucosterol, and hexadecanoic acid. Conclusion: Compounds of 1-6 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
