Planning and Operation Schemes for Reducing SSR Risk of Outward Power Transmission of Large-Scale Thermal Generation Bases via Transmission Line With Series Compensation

摘要 为减小大型火电基地经串补线路送出所面临的次同步谐振(subsynchronous resonance,SSR)风险,采用特征值分析法研究了发电厂侧机组型号、机组运行组合对系统电气谐振特性的影响,并分析了电力网侧关站选址/串补度设置综合方案对系统SSR特性的影响,提出了同电厂采用不同型号机组、优化关站选址/串补度设置来降低系统SSR风险的大型火电基地经串补外送系统的规划方案。针对已经投入运行的系统,提出通过减少运行发电机台数等运行机组组合的调整方案,来降低系统面临的SSR风险。后,通过基于PSCAD/EMTDC的电磁暂态仿真对上述方案的有效性进行了验证。 To reduce the risk of subsynchronous resonance (SSR) that outward power transmission of large-scale thermal generation bases via transmission line with series compensation has to be faced with, using eigenvalue analysis the impacts of types of generation units at plant side and operating combination of units on electriC resonance characteristics of power grid are researched, and the impact of synthetic scheme of the site selection of switch station and the setting of series compensation degree at grid side on SSR characteristic of power grid is analyzed. To reduce the risk of SSR, a planning scheme of outward power transmission of large-scale thermal generation bases via J transmission line with series compensation, in which such measures as adopting different types of generation units in the same plant and optimization of the site selection of switch station and the setting of series compensation degree, is proposed. For power grid that has been put into operation, an adjustment scheme of reducing the number of generation units in the operated unit commitment is put forward to reduce the risk of SSR that outward power transmission has to be faced with. Finally, through PSCAD/EMTDC based electromagnetic transient simulation the validity of the proposed planning scheme is verified.
