竞技体育发展方式转变的多中心治理路径

Research on the Multi-center Governance Approaches of the Developing Mode Transformation in Competitive Sports

在分析政府单一主体治理下竞技体育发展方式弊病的基础上,就多中心治理理论及其在我国竞技体育领域运用的必然性进行探讨,进而提出转变竞技体育发展方式的多中心治理路径,包括:政府主导竞技体育发展方式转变,推动体育项目分类管理;企业成为发展竞技体育的主体性地位必须强化;非营利组织构筑竞技体育发展的社会基础;谋求政府、企业与非营利组织之间的广泛合作等,以促进我国竞技体育发展方式由政府主导型向多中心治理型转变。

Based on analyzing the disadvantages of the developing mode of competitive sports under the single governance of the government in China, the present thesis researches on the feasibility of the appli cation of multicenter governance theory in competitive sports in China, and proposes approaches to the multicenter governance of developing mode transformation in competitive sports, which include transfor ming statedominated developing mode in competitive sports and promoting category management of sports events,establishing the unchallenged dominant status of enterprise in competitive sports develop ment, constructing the social basement for competitive sports development by NGO, and seeking extensive cooperation between government, enterprise and NGO, so as to promote the transformation from state dominated developing mode to multi center governance of competitive sports.
