体育自主学习对大学生自主学习不同项群能力的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了提高大学生的自主学习能力,促进我国"学习型社会"建设,运用文献资料法、教学实验法和数理统计法等研究方法,揭示体育自主学习影响大学生对不同项群自主学习能力的效果规律。实验结果表明:1)在培养大学生体育自主学习能力方面,自主学习方式比传统学习方式的学习效果好,不同学习方式之间存在显著性差异;2)学习方式与项群之间存在交互作用,传统学习方式影响学习不同项群的大学生体育自主学习能力效果没有显著性差异,自主学习方式影响学习不同项群的大学生体育自主学习能力效果不一样,不同项群之间具有显著性差异,其中,技能主导类表现难美性项群要优于隔网对抗性项群和同场对抗性项群,隔网对抗性项群又显著高于同场对抗性项群。在对实验结果进行分析与讨论的基础上,从学校体育的角度,提出有效培养我国大学生体育自主学习能力的对策与建议。 In order to improve the selfregulated learning ability of college students, and promote the con struction of "Learning Society" in China, the present study sets to reveal the influence of selfregulated learning of P. E. on the selfregulated learning ability of college students in different event groups with the research methods of literature review, teaching experiment and mathematcal statistics, etc. And the re search results show that: (1) In the cultivation of students selfregulated learning ability in sports, self regulated learning exhibits greater advantage over traditional learning approaches in learning effect, and there is significant difference between different learning approaches. (2) There is much interaction be tween the learning approaches and the event groups, where there is no significant difference on the self regulated learning ability of the college students of different event groups among different traditional learning approaches, while there is great difference on the part of selfregulated learning, especially in dif ferent event groups. Among them, the selfregulated learning ability in skilloriented high craft aesthetic performance event groups is better than that in net sport event groups and field competition event groups, while the selfregulated learning ability in net sport event groups is significantly better than that in field competition event groups. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results, some effective strategies and suggestions are made on cultivating the sel^regulated learning ability of college students in China from the perspective of school physical education.
