摘要
分析了柴油机主要铸件材料的性能指标要求,选择底座铸件进行材料的工艺试验。通过对铸件本体取样,检测其化学成分、力学性能、显微组织及疲劳性能,结合检测结果对材料的化学成分进行了优化。利用调整后的Cu-Mo合金成分浇注铸件,本体试样性能均达到设计指标,研制的高强度合金铸件材料满足柴油机及发电机组零件的性能要求。
The main material performance requirements of castings for diesel engine were analyzed. The base casting was selected for material process test. The chemical composition, mechanical property, microstructure and fatigue property of the casting body samples were tested. Combined with test results, the chemical composition of materials was optimized. The castings with the adjusted Cu-Mo alloy are poured, and the performance of body samples reach to design objective. The developed high strength alloy casting materials can meet the performance requirements of diesel engine and generator parts.
