1.背景
随着国际贸易的形成和发展,市场竞争环境变得持续多变和不可预测,如何快速响应市场、在最短的时间内开发出用户满意的新产品已成为企业共同追求的目标[1].动态联盟正是应运这一需求而提出的提高业敏捷性的一种有效途径.动态联盟[2]是指为了响应已经或即将出现的市场机遇,由若干个优势互补的企业临时快速地组成一个联盟,各成员企业分别发挥各自的优势或核心能力,快速、低成本、高质量地开发出新产品以投放市场,并按一定的方式共享利益、分担风险.当市场需求消失时,联盟又迅速解体.企业通过参与动态联盟,可以发挥各自专长,利用已有的技术基础和生产条件来完成新产品的开发和生产.
In the rapidly changing global competitive environment ,collaborating with several collaboration organizations is required to maximize the benefits from collaborating. To support this new relationship ,a partner information system assisting the collaborating partners to manage and control the information flow and workflow among multiple collaborating enterprises is described in this paper. Based on the analysis of the requirements for partner information system in multiple collaborations,the architecture of the partner information system is presented using agent technology. The four levels agent structure is discussed in detail. An example is given to describe the workflow of partner information system in multiple collaboration environments.
