泄洪道油田自动化系统设计与实践

摘要 江苏油田GJ油田北区区块位于泄洪道内,由于建设时未设置自动化设施,在泄洪期间,其生产管理存在一定的安全隐患。根据泄洪道油田的生产与管理特点,针对其潜在的安全隐患,江苏油田对GJ油田北区区块进行了自动化改造,实现了自动化生产运行管理,消除了安全隐患,提升了管理水平。介绍了GJ油田北区区块在井口测控、泄洪道平台测控、视频监控、通信以及区域自动化系统等方面的自动化改造方案,为类似的泄洪道油田自动化工程设计提供了借鉴,具有一定的推广价值。 The North Block of Jiangsu GJ oilfield was located in the spillway.Because no setting of automation facilities in the construction,there was certain potential safety hazard in the production and management of the oilfield during the flood.According to the characteristics of production and management,and potential safety hazards,the automatic control system for the spillway oilfield was engineered and successfully applied.As a result,the potential safety hazard was eliminated,and the management level was improved.The automatic control systems of the wellhead control,spillway platforms control,video surveillance,and communications system in the north block,GJ oilfield were introduced.Good experiences for engineering of the automatic control system for the similar spillway oilfield were also put forward.
