摘要
以自主开发的SCR控制系统为研究对象,对SAE J1939协议进行了深入研究。在分析发动机ECU、NOx传感器性能的基础上,建立了与SCR控制系统的CAN通信,获得了发动机转速、负荷、NOx体积分数等参数,为SCR控制奠定了基础。建立了SCR控制系统(DCU)与智能尿素箱(IUT)之间基于SAE J1939协议的CAN通信,实现了DCU对IUT的精确控制。研究了SCR系统的故障状态和故障模式,设计了基于SAE J1939协议的SCR系统故障诊断功能,并实现了与故障诊断仪的通信。台架试验结果表明,基于SAE J1939协议的SCR控制系统及其故障诊断功能性能良好。
This paper studied SAE J1939 agreement deeply and completed based on SCR control system that is own de- signed. Firstly, engine speed, engine load and NOx density can be obtained from engine and NOx sensors. Secondly, infor- mation exchanges between Dosing Control Unit (DCU) and IUT electronic control assembly have been implemented in es- tablishing CAN communication according to SAE J1939 agreement. DCU can control IUT electronic control assembly pre- cisely. Thirdly, fault diagnosis has been completed in communication with the fault diagnostic tool according to SAE J1939 agreement. Finally, bench verification tests show that SAE J1939 agreement has been applied to SCR control system suc- cessfully.
