摘要
目前对肿瘤治疗的主要方法有手术、化疗和放疗;但这3种方法均存在局限性,特别对恶性肿瘤无法获得理想效果。抗肿瘤活性肽可特异性结合并作用于肿瘤组织,与肿瘤生长转移相关的信号转导分子相互作用,从而抑制肿瘤生长或促进肿瘤细胞发生凋亡。多肽具有良好的靶向性,还有分子量小、免疫原性低、代谢产物易清除及来源广泛等优点。本文将就抗肿瘤多肽的作用机制、合成方法以及修饰等进行概述。
Therapeutic peptides for vention are becoming an interesting cancer diagnosis, treatment and pre- area for cancer research. These spe- cific peptides can inhibit individual cellular signaling pathway, which are essential in cancer development and progression. The advantages of anti- cancer peptides include easy synthesis, low immunogenicity, high poten- cy, low toxicity, and easy accessibility. Although peptides account for only a small part of current therapeutic agents, their potential is being improved by new technologies affecting their modification, delivery, sta- bility and their application in preclinical settings. As a novel drug for cancer targeting therapy, it will play an important role in medical re- search. This review will briefly expatiate the mechanism of the interaction between peptides and cancer targets, how to isolate peptides that target pivotal molecules in cancer development and progression, and how to modify these peptides to enhance their anticancer efficacy.
