摘要
目的:优选麻桔喘咳口服液最佳提取工艺。方法:以出膏率、盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱总碱及苦杏仁苷含量为指标,以加水量、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,应用正交试验法筛选最佳的水提工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为:药材加9倍量水,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:该方法可作为麻桔喘咳口服液的提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Majie asthma and cough liquid. METHODS With the extrac- ting rate and content of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin as indexes, water volume, extracting times and extracting time as factors, the optimum water extraction process was optimized by orthogona[ experiment. RESULTS The optimum process was determined as adding 9 times of water and extracting 1.5 h for 3 times. CONCLUSION This method can be used as the extraction process for Majie asthma and cough liquid.
