Establishment of evaluation system for rational use of anti-tumor chemotherapy

目的:按照循证思维和文献方法,建立抗肿瘤药物合理应用评价体系。方便临床药师开展抗肿瘤药物合理用药点评工作,深入分析肿瘤化疗不合理用药原因及改进方法。方法:回顾性调查分析省内四家三级医院的2002份临床常见肿瘤病历,全程考察肿瘤化疗及辅助治疗实施情况,归纳抗肿瘤合理用药评价指标和评价标准,建立抗肿瘤药物合理用药评价体系并加以验证。结果:抗肿瘤合理用药评价体系涵盖抗肿瘤化疗用药的关键环节,制定调查表、指标体系和判断标准能够方便临床药师全面深入判断合理用药,及时发现肿瘤化疗中存在用药问题。结论:抗肿瘤合理用药评价体系的建立,是对抗肿瘤合理用药评价工作的有益探索,能够帮助广大临床药师全面系统的开展抗肿瘤合理用药点评工作。

OBJECTIVE In accordance with the evidence-based thinking and the methods of literatures, to establish an evalu- ation system for rational use of anti neoplastic drugs, and for the clinical pharmacists conveniently to carry out the comment on rational use of anti-neoplastic drugs; to deep analyze the reasons of unreasonable use of anti tumor chemotherapy and to im prove the methods of using chemotherapy drugs. METHODS The clinical common tumor medical records were retrospectively surveyed and analyzed in the year of 2002 in four three grade hospitals of our province, the whole journey implementation of the tumor chemotherapy and adjuvant treatment were investigated. The antitumor rational drug evaluation indicator and evaluation criteria were summarized, the evaluation system for the rational use of anti neoplastic drugs was established and verified. RESULTS The established-evaluation system covered the key aspects of drugs used in tumor chemotherapy; the questionnaires was developed; the indicator system and judgment standard could help the clinical pharmacists conveniently to estimate the ra ti.onal use of drugs in each part comprehensively and thoroughly, could easily find lhe problems of irrational use of drugs in time. CONCLUSION The establishment of evaluation system for rational use of anti-tumor chemotherapy is a beneficial explo ration for rational use of antitumor drugs, which can help all clinical pharmacists conveniently and systematically to carry out the comments on rational use of anti neoplastic drugs.
