临床药师参与会诊的实践和分析

目的:探讨临床对药学服务的需求方向和临床药师会诊思维和技巧。方法:通过对某院临床药师参与磺胺药物脱敏方案、肥胖患者抗菌药物剂量调整、药物导致白细胞减少等典型会诊案例进行分析,探讨临床对药学服务的需求方向、临床药师在会诊过程中应关注的切入点以及临床药师参与会诊的思维和技巧。结果:临床在药物治疗方案选择、特殊人群药物剂量调整、药品不良反应等方面对药学服务存在迫切需求。药师应掌握会诊的基本要求,明确会诊目的,养成良好的会诊思维和技巧,可提高患者药物治疗效果和用药安全。结论:会诊是临床药师的基本工作职责之一,药师应注重对典型会诊案例的分析,掌握临床对药学服务的需求方向,通过专业化药学服务和规范化会诊,促进合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the role of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical consultation and the skills neededin the consultation. METItOI）S Typical consultations cases were analyzed including sulfanilamide desensitization, antibiotic dosage adjustment in obesity and drug induced leucopenia. Requirements for pharmaceutical care in these typical consultation cases were identified. RESULTS Clinical pharmacist could play a professional role on drug desensitization, dosage adjustment and drugs induced disease et al. Pharmacists should be familiar with the skills and methods of clinical consultation. CONCLU- SION Consultation is one of the essential responsibilities of clinical pharmacist. Pharmacists should provided professional pharmaceutical care to meet the requirements of clinical consultation.
