MP阻燃改性EVA乳液胶粘剂的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以MP(三聚氰胺磷酸盐)为阻燃剂、EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)乳液为基体树脂、HEC(羟乙基纤维素)为增稠剂、DP-18(聚丙烯酸钠盐)和SHMP(六偏磷酸钠)为分散剂,采用机械共混法制备了MP阻燃改性EVA乳液胶粘剂。研究结果表明:该改性体系为非牛顿型假塑性流体和弹性体系,HEC对乳液的流变力学性能影响相对较大;当w(DP-18)=0.06%、w(MP)=30%和w(HEC)=0.20%(均相对于总物质的质量而言)时,该改性体系的稳定性良好,其黏度(略大于1 000 mPa·s)、阻燃性(氧指数34.3)和力学性能(拉伸强度为13.18 MPa)均满足使用要求。 HEC ( hydroxyethyl cellulose ) as thickening agent, DP- 18 ( polyacrylie acid sodium salt ) arid SHMP(sodium hexametaphoslhate) as dispersaHts, a flame-retardanl MP modified EVA enmlsion adhesive
