输卵管积水性不孕与沙眼衣原体感染、MBL基因多态性的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨输卵管积水性不孕与沙眼衣原体(CT)感染及甘露糖结合凝集素(MBL)基因第一外显子54位密码子和启动子序列多态性的相关性。方法:用ELISA法测定血清CT抗体。用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术和序列特异性引物PCR技术分析输卵管积水性不孕病例组即研究组(n=131)和正常非不孕症妇女即对照组(n=103)MBL第一外显子54位密码子及启动子区-550的H/L和-221的X/Y多态性。结果:研究组CT-IgG阳性率明显高于对照组(0.427 vs.0.087,P=0.000)。研究组野生型纯合子G/G基因型低于对照组(0.565 vs.0.699,P=0.035),杂合子G/A基因型高于对照组(0.382 vs.0.243,P=0.024),等位基因A频率高于对照组(0.244 vs.0.180,P=0.091)。研究组启动子基因型HY/LX高于对照组(0.229vs.0.107,P=0.015),启动子单倍型LX高于对照组(0.240 vs.0.165,P=0.046)。结论 :输卵管炎症性损伤与既往CT感染相关;野生型纯合子G/G可能对输卵管炎症性损伤有保护作用,杂合子G/A及启动子基因型HY/LX可能易导致输卵管炎症性损伤;启动子等位基因LX可能是输卵管炎症性损伤的易感基因。
