胎儿内脏位置异常的超声鉴别诊断 被引量：5

摘要 对胎儿心脏畸形进行超声节段性分析时首先需判断胎儿内脏方位，进而确定心房方位并对畸形做出诊断。胎儿内脏位置异常是一组多发的复杂性病变，包括内脏反位（situs inversus）和内脏异位综合征（heterotaxy syndrom）两大类。两大类畸形病理解剖结构有相似之处，但其临床意义明显不同，
