Innovative d esign of construction waste crushing station based on functional analysis

通过分析我国建筑垃圾回收处理面临的问题,设计一种建筑垃圾破碎设备。在阐述基于功能分析的机械产品方案设计方法的基础上,以建筑垃圾破碎站为例,论述了其设计过程,得到了两个结构设计方案,并对两个方案进行了比较。

In this paper, the design of construction waste crush- ing equipment was put forward through analyzing the problems of the construction waste recycling in China. It introduced the me- chanical product project design which was based on functional analysis method. By taking the construction waste crushing station for an example ,this paper discussed the design process of the con- struction waste crushing station,obtained two structure design pro- jects and compared them.
