摘要
光电耦合器具有良好的绝缘结构,广泛应用于危险电压的隔离场合。为确保光电耦合器符合安全要求,国际电工委员会(IEC)专门制订了光电耦合器的标准IEC 60747-5-5。IEC 60747-5-5规定了光电耦合器的电气安全基本额定值、特性、安全试验以及测试方法,为光电耦合器安全认证提供了不同于设备级标准的测试依据,而且对光电耦合器的安全应用提供了指导性原则。
The photocoupler is widely used in the isolation occasion with dangerous voltage due to its good insulation structure. In order to ensure the photocoupler to meet the safety re quirements, IEC （International Electrotechnical Commission） specially developed the standard concerned photocoupler, IEC 60747-5-5. IEC 60747-5 5 stipulates the photocoupler＇ s essential ratings of electrical safety, characteristics, safety test and test method. It provides the test basis that is different from device level standard for photocoupler＇ s safety certification, and the guiding principles for photoeoupler＇ s safety application.
