摘要
双缸(双转子)旋转式压缩机因其高性价比,高可靠性,广泛的应用在大功率及变频空调上,但因其零部件多,组装工艺也相对复杂。本文主要是研究双缸泵体定心间隙变化对压缩机性能的影响,通过理论分析与试验验证相结合的方法,确保性能的前提下,通过对双缸下泵体最小扫描间隙偏心定心合理设计补偿值,降低泵体下线比例,提高生产效率,提高压缩机可靠性。
Double-cylinder (double rotor) rotary compressor is widely used in big power and inverter air conditioner due to its high performance/price ratio and high reliability. However, it involves many parts, and its assembly processes are relatively complicated. By combining the theoretical analysis and test verification, this paper studies the effect of double-cylinder pump centre-setting clearance variation on compressor performance on the premise of ensuring performance. We set a reasonable design of compensation value to the minimum compressor. As a efficiency and imp re roy s su ed can lt. clearance eccentric center-setting of the bottom pump of the double cylinder we reduced pump reject rate in the production line, increased production compressor reliability.
