摘要
江苏天淮钢管有限公司508无缝钢管项目连轧除尘系统采用了最新一代塑烧板除尘器,通过流场优化、设计高强脉冲清灰系统,取得了良好的除尘效果。着重介绍了塑烧板除尘在该项目实际运行中出现的问题及分析,并对变频器和液力偶合器调速的实际效果做了对比,采用变频器调速节能效果明显。
The latest generation of sinter-plate filter combined with flow field optimizing design and pulse-jet dust-cleaning system was used in Ф508 seamless steel tube project and in Jiangsu Tian Huai Steel Tube Co. , Ltd, the dust removal effect turned out to be good. Problems and corresponding analysis in operation of the hew sinter-plate filter in this project were introduced the practical performance of variable-frequency drive and hydraulic coupler in speed regulation were compared and variable-frequency drive proved to have an obvious energy-saving effect.
