摘要
主要对煤矿井下除尘现状作了介绍,针对矿井粉尘治理主要采用的湿法除尘工艺存在的不足研发了矿用干法除尘器,介绍了其工作原理、结构、技术创新点,并进行了产品检测,效果良好。此矿用干法除尘器是目前井下湿法除尘的更新换代产品,值得大力推广。
The present situation of coal mine dust catcher was mainly introduced. Taking the disadvantages of wet dust catchersmainly used in coal mines into consideration, the dry-type dust catcher for mining was developed. Its working principle, structure, technical innovative points were summarized. Product testing had been conducted and the effect turned out to be good. It is the upgrade product to the currently underground wet dust catcher and worth to popularize.
