柳钢360m^2烧结系统除尘工程设计

DUST REMOVING ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR A 360 m^2 SINTERING SYSTEM IN LIUZHOU STEEL COMPANY

摘要 以柳钢360 m2烧结系统为例,结合工业通风分析了烧结系统配料、混料、烧结以及筛分转运等工艺过程,提出了烧结系统除尘工程设计形式及布置。根据烧结系统特点,将除尘工程分为混合、机头、机尾、成品除尘系统,针对各系统特点确定相应风量设计参数、设备选型参数,并提出了各系统设计要点。 Taking a 360 m^2 sintering system in Liuzhou Steel Company for example, the technic process of the sintering system's material collocation, material mixing, sintering and material speration and transportation were analyzed in industry ventilation. The form and arrangement of the dust removing engineering design for sintering system were puts forward. Based on the trait of sintering system, dust removing engineering was sperated into mixing of sintering machine top, sintering machine tail, finished product system. The corresponding parameters in ventilation rate and equipments were determined by characteristics of each system. Finally, the key design points were listed.
